Return Policy

At Wakeora, we stand behind every balm we ship. Because our Skin Tint Balm is a personal-use cosmetic product that comes into direct contact with the skin, our return policy is designed to protect the safety, hygiene, and integrity of every product we sell.

30-Day Return Window We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To request a return, email us at contactsupport@trywakeora.com with your order number and reason for return within this window. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be completely unused and unopened
  • The original packaging, including all seals, must be intact
  • All accessories and inserts must be included in original condition
  • All original tags and labels must still be attached
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • The return must be authorized by our support team before shipping anything back

Items sent back without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.

Used Products Are Non-Refundable Once the balm has been opened, used, or removed from its sealed packaging, it is permanently non-returnable and non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason for return, including dissatisfaction with shade, texture, or results. This policy exists for hygiene and safety reasons, as the balm comes into direct contact with the skin.

Return Shipping The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service. Wakeora is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in return transit. The original shipping cost from your initial order is non-refundable.

Restocking Fee Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and quality control.

Non-Returnable Items The following are never eligible for return or refund:

  • Any product that has been opened or used
  • Items with broken seals or opened packaging
  • Sale items, discounted products, bundles, or promotional purchases
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased more than 30 days before the return request
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items Please inspect your order the moment it arrives. If your product arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactsupport@trywakeora.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the original packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different shade or product, please return your original purchase (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order separately.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee and original shipping costs, within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contactsupport@trywakeora.com.
