Wakeora Shipping & Returns Policy

At Wakeora, we know how frustrating it is to finally find a product that works for your skin — and then have to wait for it. That's why we make getting your Skin Tint Balm to your doorstep as fast and frictionless as possible, backed by a policy that protects both you and the integrity of every product we ship.


1. Order Processing Times

We process orders within 1–2 business days from our US warehouse because we know your skin can't wait.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email the moment your order is successfully placed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

After your order is dispatched from our warehouse, the estimated delivery time varies based on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

We offer a variety of shipping speeds to fit your needs. Your exact shipping rate and estimated delivery window will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you enter your payment information.


3. How Do I Track My Order?

The moment your Wakeora Skin Tint Balm leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email containing a live tracking number. Click the link in that email to see exactly where your package is and when it will arrive at your door. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update after receiving the email.


4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We fully insure every package that leaves our warehouse. If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking link shows it was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of any damage and the original packaging. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, expedite a replacement to you immediately. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.


5. Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered — but because the Skin Tint Balm is a personal-use cosmetic product that comes into direct contact with your skin, returns are subject to the conditions below for hygiene and safety reasons.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be completely unused and unopened
  • The original packaging, including all seals, must be intact and unopened
  • All accessories and inserts must be included in original condition
  • All original tags and labels must still be attached
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • The return must be authorized by our support team before shipping anything back

Used Products Are Non-Refundable

Once the balm has been opened, used, or removed from its sealed packaging, it is permanently non-returnable and non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason for return, including dissatisfaction with shade, texture, or results. This policy exists for hygiene and safety reasons, as the balm comes into direct contact with the skin.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service. Wakeora is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in return transit.
  • The original shipping cost from your initial order is non-refundable.
  • Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and quality control.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are never eligible for return or refund:

  • Any product that has been opened or used
  • Items with broken seals or opened packaging
  • Sale items, discounted products, bundles, or promotional purchases
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased more than 30 days before the return request
  • Items returned without prior authorization

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at contactsupport@trywakeora.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return request.
  3. If your return qualifies, we'll provide you with a return shipping address and simple instructions.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll issue your refund (minus restocking fee and original shipping) to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Items sent back without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different shade or product, please return your original purchase (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order separately.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee and original shipping costs, within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
